The olive pomace oil , although falling in the same olive oil category, it occupies the lowest rank.
It is extracted with the use of solvents, from olive oil cakes (product of the process of extraction of olive oils composed of residues of pulp and fragments of the stone), it is adjusted with long and complex processing methods which make it, once mixed with virgin olive oils, particularly suitable as raw material for bakery industrial production, as well as for other household uses, preferably hot.
